Riverbanks Reach
Address: Old Bunbury Road,Lake Clifton
A lifestyle development of 35 lots each of 2 hectares, which when developed at the end 2009 will lie close to the banks of the meandering Harvey River yet close to the planned Peel Deviation arterial road affording easy and quick access to the close by Oceanside town of Mandurah, the capital city and the picturesque South West. All lots are planned to be fenced and serviced by both road access and power.
This development has undergone and exhaustive planning approvals process and in conjunction with environmental consultants ENV Australia, has provided innovative environmental management solutions to address a broad range of environmental issues. These solutions aim to ensure the development has minimal impact on its broader hydrological catchment area, in particular the Mandurah Estuary and the Harvey River. In addition to extensive environmental investigations the development proposes a considerable revegetation program to reintroduce indigenous planting back to the site. Other important considerations included environmental impacts management for the adjacent RAMSAR wetland, which has national environmental significance.
It is proposed with the assistance of the Civil Group Engineers to ensure the construction of all services are all provided to high standard and to ensure drainage management is best practice.
